| Tender Documents | Interested service providers shall fill in the Acknowledgement Slip and send it to info@acsohk.org.hk or by fax to (852) 2603 0995. Tender documents will be sent to the interested service provider via email. |
| Submission of Tenders | Tenders must be submitted in one envelope with Technical Information and Price Information. The envelopes shall be sealed and labeled with Attachment J on the outside (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to The Academy of Chinese Studies Limited and deposited at 19/F Nan Fung Tower, 88 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong. before the tender closing time. Late, fax and/or email tenders that are not deposited to the above address will NOT be considered.
In case Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions after super typhoons” announced by the Government is/are in force, for any duration between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon on the tender closing date, the tender closing time will be postponed to 12.00 noon on the first working day after the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is lowered, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or the “extreme conditions after super typhoons” announced by the Government has/have ceased to be in force. |
| Remark | a. Open tendering is adopted. All interested service providers are invited to tender. b. Tenderers are requested to treat all materials and information relating to the tender as strictly confidential and shall not disclose the said materials and information to other parties without the written consent of ACS. c. All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this invitation, including the preparation of any submission, shall be borne entirely by the party concerned without recourse to ACS. d. This invitation to Tender does not constitute any part of an offer by ACS. ACS is not bound to award any contract to any of those parties which have replied to this notice. |
